Zespół powstał w 1992 roku i ma na koncie właściwie tylko jednego pełniaka "Punishment for Ignorance" i kilka demosów. Jedyną osobą grającą w Demonic Christ od początku jest wokalistka/gitarzystka Dana Duffey. Zespół istnieje do dnia dzisiejszego, ale ogranicza się jedynie do działalności koncertowej. W 2014 roku wyszedł co prawda split "Demonic Christ / Horna", ale każdy zespół nagrał na tę okoliczność zaledwie po jednym kawałku.
