Kolejny zacny band, który musi mieć swój temat. W słonecznej Kalifornii od 2009 roku tworzy Mortuous a jego dźwięki to zderzenie Incantation z Autopsy tudzież całą resztą zespołów z kultową końcówką. Na swój pierdolony debiut czekali 9 lat ale kiedy dojebali to zmasakrowali po całości. Through Wilderness to istnie morderczy amerykański decior z całą gammą riffowania, zgrzytów i pisków oraz kanonadą na bateriach. Całości musiał dopełnić potężny growl i zrobiło się duszno. Chwilę temu wyszedł drugi album Upon Desolation, który choć delikatnie względem debiutu obniżył notowania ale nadal rozpierdala na strzępy. Prawie nic się nie zmieniło, doszło trochę klimatycznych zagrywek na gitarach, które zabrały trochę brutalności ale nie na tyle aby album jako całość nie miażdżył. Ktoś powie, że 2022 death metalem nie stoi to tu ma napierdol jakiego nigdy za wiele.
