Cormorant to amerykański zespół, pochodzący z Kalifornii. Działalność rozpoczęli w roku 2007 i przez te 10 lat wydali cztery całkiem niezłe długograje. Ich muzykę określa się jako progresywny metal, a na warsztacie leża takie gatunki, jak progresywny folk, black, melodyjny death metal jak i elementy bluesa.
